First Lady Michelle Obama is among the Democrats praising the Supreme Court ruling to uphold her husband’s health-care law.
Mrs. Obama, speaking at a fundraiser Thursday in Memphis, Tenn., told supporters of President Barack Obama the ruling is “truly a victory.”
“And when it comes to health care — oh, health care,” she said, catching herself and drawing applause. “Please, please tell people about the historic reform this president passed. And you can tell them that today’s Supreme Court decision was truly a victory for families all across this country.”
