I am not voting for Romney, though I understand those who are. I am assuming that you will vote - for US Senate, for a conservative US Congresscritter, and for state and local offices. If I am wrong in my assumption, then I hope you will reconsider and at least vote in those races. Note: Romney disgusts me, and I completely understand a refusal to vote for that big government liberal. The problem is that, with a near guarantee of either Obama or Romney, the survival of America as a free country depends on a conservative House and Senate to restrain liberal efforts from either occupant of our White House.

Of course. I also plan to vote Hoefling for pres as well. I agreed with every word in your post.
Even among those who believe that not supporting Romney means the end of the free world, are you all donating as much to him as you would have to a Gingrich or Santorum Cain or Palin? If you are, will knock on as many doors, make the same number of phone calls?
I recommend that you put those energies in for the state and local offices, PARTICULARLY if you are in a state that is not in play. I am in Illinois. You do not have to worry about my vote hurting Romney's chances.
