VANITY -- I am not voting for Romney, BUT if he wants advice, here is a sample
self | 6/28/2012 | self

Posted on 06/28/2012 12:35:47 PM PDT by Dr. Sivana

I am not voting for Romney, though I understand those who are.

That said, NOW is the time to change his phrasing from "I will work to repeal and replace Obamacare from Day One" (which means nothing) to actions more specific than merely agreeing to sign off on a passed bill that repeals Obamacare.

Example of rhetoric, "You want executive orders, Mr. President? You've got'em.

#1. The Sebellius rule manadating abortion and birth control coverage is Gone-zo.

#2. Anyone who wants a waiver has got one. (credit to rottndog)

#3. The centralized database is suspended, so we can prioritize those records that are commiting crimes and dealing drugs.

#4. The IRS will have to get its job done with 60% of the present workforce. Implementing Obamacare is not on their priority list.

etc.

"Well, therein lies the problem. Obama = Romney? I cannot get my head around that logic"

It is worse than that. You can see plenty of the Romney is worse than Obama sickness in this thread.

I find your vulgar schoolyard taunts oddly reassuring. As if my decision here must be the right one.

Well said. Obamacare supporters tossing out Romney insults. If it wasn’t so sad for the country it would be hilarious.

Romney is the single worst Republican candidate in my lifetime by a large margin but BHO is by far the most dangerous president we’ve ever had so I will vote for Mittens.
BRAVO! This is the best summary of where we, as a Nation, are currently at!

Every vote that counts toward preventing a particular politician from advancing -- voting "against" -- necessarily entails voting for another candidate.

It is absolute.

Romney has a solid, documented record -- you can look it up -- of promoting and advancing major blows against conservatism including --
-- state-run health care (he invented the model for the one just passed)
-- the homosexual agenda
-- tax-funded abortion on demand
--activist judges (guys like Roberts or worse are the kinds of judges Romney would appoint)
-- carbon cap-and-trade global warming regulation that would inevitably and ultimately surrender our national sovereignty to a global regulating body

Alas Babylon, you're voting FOR 100% Democrat when you're voting for Romney. He just happens to be registered Republican. You're not voting "against" a damned thing.

Incidentally, Alas, I've been voting faithfully straight Republican ticket since 1976, the first election I ever voted in, and I have voted in every election since.

This will be the first time, in 36 years of voting, that I will refuse a politician registered as a Republican and vote third party, let alone at the top of the ticket. But I will do it because it is strategically the only -- and best -- way I can vote in the interest of my country's freedom and government, and I have a duty to vote. Because no matter how you rationalize it, voting for all that Romney is, is against the best interests of our freedom and government.

The difference this time: Obama. In this election, I vote to stop Obama, who is worse, far worse, than Romney could ever be.

I might agree with you 100% if Obama wasn’t part of the equaton. But ALAS, he is not!

“By the way, how exactly do you destroy libs by sitting out a chance to run them out of office, Libdestroyer? Or is the name a gag, or is it part of a sick joke you are perpetrating on us stupid, unclassy conservatives who are mad as hell and just not as graceful and incisive as you obviously are?

How many libs will be destroyed by Obama’s second term?”

You’re VOTING for a liberal, buddy. I’m voting for a conservative candidate.

“Anyone staying home at this point is voting for and endorsing Obamacare since Romney is our only possible chance to do something on this, even if the chance is albeight small.

Grow up and wake up already.”

Once again... NO ONE HAS STATED THAT THEY’LL STAY HOME. We’re all going to the election booth. Most of us are voting republican down-ticket. We just aren’t voting Romney for POTUS.

If you’re going to rant... rant accurately.

“To everyone here, do what you think is right in November and the consequences will speak for themselves.”

That’s all we want. Please note that Dr. Sivana didn’t try to push anything on anyone. All he did was respectfully write that he wasn’t voting for Romney and the ABO folks got NASTY.

I’ll vote for whomever I feel. You do the same.

Guess what? obama does not care if the senate or house goes to the GOP since he will continue his tyranny regardless.

Here's the best part: you don't need to understand our logic. It's my damn vote, not yours. Get a life, vote the way you vote and quit attacking other conservatives because they don't like your guy.

Who is a Zerocare supporter ? What’s so hillarious is the Willardbots droning on and on and yet they ignore that it was their Socialist idol who made Zerocare (and that abominable “decision” yesterday) possible. Your hypocrisy reeks.
