If the Republicans were serious they would attach the end of withholding to every bill. Make the government come get the money themselves, instead of forcing us submit it every week.

But if they do that, the GOP will tie up their district
pork projects for their BIG BUSINESS’s. Can’t have that.
District Pork, like the U.S. Mail, Must be delivered in a
