Just curious, how is Romneycare different from Obamacare?
I'm not a fan of either one, but for starters, Romenycare differs from ObamaCare in that it is not unconstitutional, for the very reason ObamaCare is unconstitutional -- "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Romneycare was a bad idea, but not unconstitutional at the state level. If the idiots of a state want to go that route, that's their business.
