There is a way to restore America to a moral higher ground, but it invoves affirming a taboo structure in our culture that has been hideously eroded by 'political correctness' and tolerance run amok. A taboo structure in a culture gets eroded by various means. It can happen suddenly, as when we took control of Japan following WWII and established limits of what would be acceptable in a culture that had before worshipped the Emperor as a living god. It can happen in subtle yet obiovus increments which the more conservative in the culture allow due to laziness or unwillingness to get involved in supporting the taboos, as in the 1973 Roe v Wade ruling which lead inexorably to partial birth abortions and killing via neglect those alive children who happen to survive a poorly conducted killing/abortion. If We The People will not stand up and oppose the political correctness meme which now allows sexual degenerates to parade openly in the streets committing thier degeneracy, then these demonic influence will erode the taboo structure by huge increments and sexual degenrates will be tolerated in the schools nd priesthoods, and eventaully mkae the whole culture a sickness to match their degenerate state.
As for me, I am no longer restrained by specious tolerance. Tolerating evil degredation of my culture is not tolerance, it is spiritual suicide. Since the rejection of spiritual responsibility seems to have become 'unfashionable' in our culture, the degenerates have made huge strides in degenerating the society. Think about it ...
I agree with everything you said; I would add that the debauched (or null) moral values is not due to political correctness or tolerance, it is due to a conscious push by those promoting evil, and PC and tolerance were and are some of their weapons to shut us up. They want to destroy every remnant of moral based absolutes whether in private or public life. Fearful, trembling hedonist living-for-the-moment animals are much easier to control.
