I feel really sad for this bus monitor, but am still trying to figure out why she was on the bus.
If she was there to monitor behavior she failed.
Why was she on the bus in the first place?

she was put there to be a mino (monitor in name only). as if the sight of a grownup would make kids behave better... might have been true yesteryear, no more!

That’s what my husband said, too. Obviously she had no power and the brats knew that.
