Nothing’s wrong by me, as long as people are aware of what they are consuming.
It is said that fructose (HFCS) is absorbed more slowly than sucrose (cane/beet sugar). This allows people to guzzle 20 oz HFCS sodas when they would feel full after 10 oz. of traditionally sugared soda, according to the theory.
I enjoy cranberries immensely, in all forms and knowing it’s a sugar load. Since cranberry has positive value, the type of sugar doesn’t matter to me, but I don’t scorn those who choose to be picky.
