In Vietnam the flyboys would go in and wait for the Viet Cong to turn on their radar so it would point out where it was located and then they would destroy it.
Obama was working under the radar when someone found it and pointed it out. Hopefully it will destroy him and Holder, and the whole House of cards will collapse.
