Rep Connolly talked about Kangaroo courts and said we need more gun control and an assault rifle ban instead of a contempt vote.

And therein lies the rub. The whole murderous stunt was so that the Obama administration could blame narcoterrorist violence on lax US gun laws.

The whole murderous stunt was... so that Calderone and Obama could arm both cartels (which were mostly made up of DEA and ATF agents anyway), and let them fight it out. Winner would be given autonomous control of the Mexico-Arizona border so that all illegal traffic was funneled through there, and both governments could reap a profit off of it.

Both governments could also then claim that they were 'controlling' the borders in Texas, and it would appear that it was true.

Now you know why the FEDS keep going after certain American 'officials' in Arizona, and are suing the state of Arizona.
