Exexcutive Privilige will no more protect Eric Holder than it protected Richard Nixon.

Obama probably knew and approved the program to begin with, so Holder is protecting his boss. If it were not for the one American border guard killed, the story would have gotten no attention--the media doesn't care about the 300 dead Mexicans as a result of the program. Not that they care about Brian Terry either.
