Well, they’re vetting him. Rubio was born in American, and IS a US citizen... but his dad was not a citizen in 1971, mom was. I understand the debate, and we’ll see what the vetting process brings.
This is not comparable to Obama at all, who wasn’t even born on US soil and used a fraudulent BC!

Article II, Section 1, para 5, describes the eligibility requirements for President. The US Supreme Court in Minor v. Happersett defined what the term natural born means: to be born of parents who are both citizens. Rubio's parents were not US citizens at his birth.
It amazes me still how ignorant people are of the constitution and this issue in particular which has been discussed for 4+ years. Have you not attempted to understand the issue until now?
