Obama does these things because he knows he can get away with it. Congress lets him get away with it because they know they can get away with it. The fault lies with US, the voters, for letting Congress get away with it.

Not true... that is bull! I voted for a TEA PARTY candidate named Palazzo in 2010... he promised to abide by the Constitution and ran on a limited government agenda... he was co-opted within 10 minutes of arriving in DC. I voted AGAINST Palazzo in our recent primary... you tell me how I am responsible for their corrupt inaction and outright lying to us?
