Next year, with a Republican president, and control of BOTH the House and Senate, among the first things we need to do is repeal the Voting Rights Act. It is NOT consitutional, it divides Americans instead of uniting us as a people, and worst of all, it enables IDIOTS and FOOLS like this to get elected, and re-elected. We fought a Civil War, at a cost of 700,000+ dead, to end slavery, and here we purposely segregate people into voting districts based solely on their racial identity. Goebels would love it, after laughing hysterically at the sheer stupidity of it all.

I’ve been saying the exact same thing to friends. It doesn’t matter what we propose. They’ll treat any proposal of ours as if the Devil climbed up from Hell and scribed it in blood.
