You have a very good point there. This is clearly sexual material aimed at kids and could be used by pedofiles.
And I restate my point, DC Comics is guilty of producing this material and will pay a hefty price by the consumer, if he wakes up that is.
I wonder if some smart trial lawyers will pick up on the liability issue. IOW DC Comics producing material that can easily be know to lead to the abuse of minors.
There is no governmental immunity for them.
