Train?? Every neighborhood has at least one, and usually more, busybodies that know exactly who to call (police, zoning commission, Homeowners’ Association) to report any infraction by their neighbors - and gawd help you if she(usually, but not always, she) takes a dislike to you...

And this is at no expense at all to the Gummint - these people get their ‘pay’ in the form of smug self-satisfaction...

I have a few of those busy bodies in the neighborhood. My buddies and I watch them closely. I have been much more observant lately. When doing chores such as cleaning my guns, I now do it inside my house, instead of in the garage.

I live in a crappy area of Memphis and no one here calls the cops for anything. They don’t trust them. One of the few advantages of living in the hood.
