That is really the underlying issue in a nutshell. The Obama campaign has run the numbers and has figured out that unless they can pull off massive voter fraud in the key states, he is toast in November. There will be massive voter fraud—that is a given—its just a question of how much.
Well, there is one area where absentee votes ARE the MOST important (no offense to those here that must absentee vote)... and that is the military overseas... But, of course, those are the only ones that are usually left out :/
