I don’t get this Hillary for president talk. She has already said she was retiring from politics. Is she lying again????
I don’t get this facination for Hillary. She has never run anything in her life either. She is a glorified housewife who was passed up the ladder just like Obama without having to stay in one position long enough to have a record or be held accountable.
Imagine a disheartened Democrat Convention, Romney has a double digit lead in internal polls, the economy in in the toilette (still) and Iran is about to test a Nuke. It is time to announce a VP and the "Draft Hillary" chant begins, do you think she she wouldn't accept, for the good of the party? Bill would drug her with roofies and prop her up at the podium like a ventriloquist's dummy to accept the VP nomination.
Let me put it in perspective:
She Who Must Not Be Named is the most ruthless woman ever to walk the halls of power. Moochelle, by comparison, is simply an angry black woman with a racist chip on her shoulder.
The Nameless One, OTOH, is very adept in the politics of personal destruction, and more of an Alinsky-ite than the Obamas. And look at her resume. She basically quarterbacked the defense during the impeachment process. Throw in Whitewater, the WH Travel Office, Vince Foster, and the rest, and you have the resume of an ice queen willing and able to do whatever it takes to retain power.
Her handicap is this: on Her own, She is unelectable. She rode Bill's coattails into the co-Presidency; She was given Dan Moynihan's old Senate seat in NY as a springboard to the national stage; her post as SoS is a political sop from the Chicago Machine. None of Her political rise was unassisted.
Now, I agree with you on your observation of Her never being "in one position long enough to have a record or be held accountable". Like the Kenyan, Her record and history are spin and propaganda. But unlike the Muslim Usurper, She Who Must Not Be Named is a master manipulator, and has a ruthless streak to match anyone in the White Hut currently. And She also lusts for a return to power, by any means necessary.
Those she appeals to couldn’t care less about such things as qualifications only that she says the right things. Most of them could not pour you-know-what out of a boot with the directions written on the heel.
