When anyone posts a comment to an article thread, the article moves to the top of the "latest" list.

I believe that "BTT" means Bump (or Back) To the Top.

I believe that "BFL" means Bump For Later (reading).

BTT = Bump to top, which gets other people to more likely see the article to make comments

BFL = Bump for later, which will make a log that you commented on the article which then lets you quickly look it up later so you don't forget title.
