I do find it interesting that from a legal point of view, Barry has thus far managed, not only to avoid releasing a valid birth certificate, but also to avoid any legal determination of who his father was, despite his own statements and the statements in his book. I’m shocked that Hawaii went out on this limb. I’m shocked that Obama let them. They must have viewed this as the lesser of two evils. Having Obama’s name left off the ballot in Arizona had huge potential to spread.
