I can understand why you would think so.

I would posit to the contrary, that your fears are based on seeing the media lick Obama’s boots 24/7/365, and the ensuing brainwashed condition of much of America.

The single point upon which I would base my claim to the contrary is, the media will always, always.

Did I mention the word “always”?

Always, spin to elect democrats. Romney will not have the media acting as his fawning lapdogs. They’ll tear him to pieces. He’ll have less support than George W Bush did after he accused his own base of being “vigilates”, within two years. Romney will not be re-elected. He might make a name for himself, and become part of the solution, but he’ll not win in 2016.

Romney is destined for one term. Might be a good one, might not be. I’m grudgingly finding myself respecting his abilities as a competitor, perhaps he’ll surprize a lot of us, and turn out to be a good president.

But once he’s in office, all bets are off. It’s all Romney-bashing, all the time. From (both) sides of the aisle!!!

:D

Then we can nominate Palin.

In 2016.

I’m not saying that he’d be reelected just that he’ll be renominated.
