Isn’t there something about someone born abroad to only one American parent who is under the age of 19 not being a US citizen at all?

If so, and if either of the Canadian or Kenyan hypotheses is correct, then I’d think there’d be question as to the legitimacy of his citizenship at all.

Sorry for the delay but I wanted to be able to back up my comments.

Apparently the law isn't as clear as I thought.(One parent="Natural Born")

All the Natural Born cases I've researched involving alien parents have the offspring being physically born on US soil.

And Section 8 USC § 1401 - Nationals and citizens of United States at birth only involve being "citizens" not "Natural Born" citizens.

And it may be just legalese(I'm not a lawyer)but the rest involve parents pural, not singular.

If the so called" birthers" can get ahold of the actual birth document, and not "copies" they may be on to something after all

Makes you wonder why Team Obama has been spending so much $$$ covering up if there's "No There" there... So unless something else pops up, I think I'm eating my words....at least a little. ;-)
