So, you’re suggesting that southern Arizonans should be uprooting the junipers, pinon pines, madrones, oak trees, and ponderosa pines that grow naturally there above 5000 feet?

Only those close to houses. I advise the same in Colorado. That advise is countered by protests, "But der twees! Der twees! I love der twees!" ;-)
And the insurance companies don't seem to care. They rob what little is left of the private sector class to support the political regulator class nature worshipers.
