I don't want them for scrambled egg

And I was going to ask you about making scrambled eggs from my powdered eggs. I can seem to get and constancy. Some times they are good sometimes YUCK!

My professional opinion, having cooked powdered eggs in the military, and as a fine dining chef... is fergitaboutit.

Better to impress with eggy crepes filled with wild blackberry (substitute your local fruit here) jelly.

Having had lots of powdered eggs in the service, my stock includes plenty of Louisiana Hot Sauce per can of powdered eggs.
