Personally, that’s what I think the birth certificate issue about. Either he was born in Canada for free care (as the former Seattle resident, Ann Obama, would have known) or he was born before August of 1959. If that is the case, he would not have been born in the United States. That would also make his mother 15 or 16 when she had him.
I think you need to set aside your idea that Stanley Ann is the mother and the Kenyan is the father. Really. And he may very well have been born before his supposed birth date.
