Don argues, as do I, your highest purpose is in best serving your own needs and desires. I would strongly recommend that neither "Don" nor "Kerry" ever marry, have children, or join the military.

Man's only moral obligation is to take care of himself and those to whom he freely commits himself. If everyone lived by that credo, we'd be much better off as a society.
We are always free to help those in need -- once the needs of our own families are met -- but we are not born slaves to society. I can't understand why a conservative would disagree.
