What Shea's trying to get at (in his typiclaly fervent style) is the difference between denouncing sinful sexual behavior, which is objectively wrong, and judging one Perry Lorenzo, whose private life Shea did not put under surveillance.
Sounds like Perry Lorenzo was not into bringing his sexual sin into the church and promoting it as holy. In this way, there was no reason for him to be rejected or harassed like a homo who tries to shape Jesus Christ around homosexual behavior like activists do.
