If this is the case, I hope that this fully investigated and names are provided. I’ll try and read up on this issue.
The issue in Florida was that they changed the date of their primary. Before a certain date they could not be a winner take all state. The RNC broke their own rules and allowed Romney to take all. There are articles on FR.
