I don’t see how the tower can be a break-even proposition, particularly now that the rich artsy crowd is down on the project.
I do know that a lot of taxpayer money has gone into boosting the project from the construction of the bridge park to the re-routing of the trolley line. But the sculpture garden has its own set of friends.
