Obama is the natural result of Bush and Rove and..the MSM's hatred of him.
They shirked their duty, showed their a$$ by simply mouthing the dim's ridiculous statements and finding fault where none lay.
I.E..'worst economy since the Depression' while unemployment was 5%.

They never had a 'fact check' moment on the dims. Just use it on repubs.
The MSM controls what the masses hear and they have an agenda.

I wasn't enamored with Bush primarily his refusal to fight for his agenda.
He had good ideas concerning SS, Fanny Mae overhauls but allowed the libs and MSM demagogue them . Had he gone to the people as Reagan did he may have been able to salvage them.

But you are mixing apples and oranges when you lump the MSM in with the blame. The MSM never asked to lead us. They never told us they were conservative. The damage they did was not the damage of a weak leader, because they were never our leader. The damage Bush did was the damage that can only be self applied. He self applied it and Obama is the stain we all got as a result.
