That is a marketing release that is being read into too much. Read again, they aren’t saying they are the ‘sole provider’, what they are claiming is their solution is the only one that ‘truly protects the privacy of voters’. They are selling their product, nothing more.

That is like Burger King saying they are the only place that offers 100% Angus Beef. That isn’t BK saying they are the only hamburger joint.

Way too many blogs need to learn to read the difference between something like this, which is just boilerplate advertising, and an actual event that happens.
