I hadn’t put 2 and 2 together until this thread came along. The assertions are supported by actual field work from this Administration over the past 3 years.
The studies and reports didn’t make any sense at the time,...just something chalked up as uneducated inner city political appointees making foolish operational plans with little to no logistics or transportation background, but being funded and placed by powerful players from other agencies throughout the DoD.
