"Romney Loses Nomination Over Dog Abuse? -
Romney was traveling that summer with his wife, five sons,
and Seamus to his parent's cottage on Lake Huron.
But hours into the ride, Seamus apparently suffered diarrhea,
which ran down the back window of the car.
David Kravitz wrote on BlueMassGroup, a liberal blog.
"It also strikes me as classic Romney:
it solves a problem efficiently, in a business-like manner,
and with no regard whatsoever for the suffering
that the solution may cause."

"But the details of the event are more than unseemly
- they may, in fact, be illegal.
Massachusetts's animal cruelty laws
specifically prohibit anyone from carrying an animal
"in or upon a vehicle, or otherwise,
in an unnecessarily cruel or inhuman manner
or in a way and manner which might endanger
the animal carried thereon.
"An officer for the Massachusetts Society
for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals responded
to a description of the situation saying
"it's definitely something I'd want to check out."
The officer, Nadia Branca, declined to give
a definitive opinion on whether Romney broke the law
but did note that it's against state law to have a dog
in an open bed of a pick-up truck, and
"if the dog was being carried in a way that endangers it,
that would be illegal."

This is just more proof that this man is not an American born citizen. Our mores pretty much are pretty much universally against eating Fido.

AMEN to this. I’ve been thinking the same thing!
And that if Bush was president the press would be all over this F and F, SS Scandal and the GSA thing.
But no, nothing is the little dictators fault...

Even if Ayers ghost wrote the above quote, that doesn't mean it wasn't proofread by the future American dictator... Forget proofread, Obama read it aloud in the audio version of his book.

What matters more is the media and how they’ve treated different candidates on their dog stories. They treat Willard as a SOB, and Dear Leader gets a pass.

I have to disagree. As a mom I believe I can have my little kids eat what I want. Sometimes my toddlers would get excited eating chicken because they liked chickens. When one of mine, who loved dogs, was first offered a hot dog, he excitedly said “Gie!!” his word for Doggie. He was THRILLED to be eating his favorite animal. They don’t understand death at that age - to him it was like an homage, lol.
You are correct though, that Barack Obama has foreign sensibilities and has had them his entire life. I do not blame him for eating what his only father figure introduced him to.

Obama may not be one of us, and he might have eaten dog meat, but, did he know any better at the time? And, if it was accepted practice and not a strange thing to do in that culture of his when he was growing up, should he be held responsible for it?
Now, he might still have long-lasting memories from his early age, and a dog might not seem like a member of the family to him, and that could be why he hesitated for so long in getting a family pet after he became president.
I don’t hold his early age practices against him, but, I will hold everything he has done and said after he grew up and should have known better. He is still a despicable human being, and, like the article said, not “one of us”. He’s never liked America and he wouldn’t mind at all if he helps to destroy it. His allegiance and his heart lies elsewhere.
