Scratch “judge”. Should have said “prosecutor”. I heard “judge” earlier today walking the hall at work. Just heard Harris Faulkner say “prosecutor”.

If the defense starts worrying about the prosecutor’s reaction
it might as well give up and plead guilty.

The prosecutor doesn’t determine guilt.

And as per ‘Meet the New Boss’ post above, he did not “apologize”.
