What I read at your source link is about homicide death rates, not perp rates. Help me out here if I'm missing something.

What you state is true.

The sad reality is that these TRUTHs do not matter at all to the left, including 99.9999% of the black leaders.

I see no changing that reality for the foreseeable future.
