Lets not play games. I could write in Palin and be happy but i know the result is not about me being happy but whats best for the nation. Any protest vote is tantamount to A: voting for Obama or B: staying home. Those 2 actions are interchangeable. any vote to make oneself feel good is not the vote of a conservative. Its surely not the act of a patriot. we have a man bent on destroying,fundamentally changing as he put it,us. our lives. our way of life.

Not so. See post #105

1. The other races on the ballot. Putting conservatives in office if fairly easy at the House level, and not impossible at the state level. Divided government cures a lot of ills.

2. Post #105 proves that a conservative alternative is truly viable. One doesn't just "protest vote". One votes for a 3rd party candidate who is trying to win. That will: (1) lead to a win, or (2) show the strength of the opposition to those who otherwise would have had that conservative support had they decided "libs gone wild" was their plan for the year.
