I was told that the State of Florida is going to announce on Tuesday that there is not enough evidence to prosecute George Zimmerman.
This is a tip I got from a very close friend who would not make this up.
This person is very close to the Seminole County FL Sheriff's Department, and says that the cops are already getting ready for trouble in Sanford.
Again I have no confirmation of this outside of my source, but I do trust this person with my life.

Finally, an answer to if there really were Skittles and tea. Still, I wonder what he was stuffing in his waistband when he went up to ask Zimmerman what his problem was. Was he trying to act like he had a weapon to scare Zimmerman or was he just doing the gansta swagger?
Remember the step mother's comment about TM was just sitting on porch in one of TM’s father first video. Was thinking about it this morning. If he had made it home, delivered the snacks to his 13 year old step brother, he very easily could have told the boy he was going out for a smoke as an excuse for leaving....It would all fit in.

I think the protocol has exactly that happening. Parents and their counsel are informed before the formal public announcement. Somehow I don;t think the Martin's are going to accept what they are told. More likely they will find an ever-widening conspiracy.
It might explain the second interview on CNN. Catch her in her lies on tape/in front of a camera etc.

I doubt it. There are plenty of unreliable witnesses, in the grans scheme of things. As I recall, her sworn statement is either brief, or non-existent. Police say she didn't want to give one. It's perfectly legal to tell the police one thing, and say the opposite in a press interview. That happens often.

It varies, nominal sentence up to maybe years.

Technically, no, or I don't think so. I think she's doing exactly what she wants, nobody is coercing her or threatening her to induce her to say what she's saying. And again, there is nothing illegal about making false statements to the press and to the public - within the boundaries of defamation and inciting riot.
If you are referring to Sharpton and Jackson, yes, I think so. They have made very direct statements, not tempered with any sort of uncertainty, that Zimmerman acted out of malice and without reasonable justification.
There is no way to stifle a conspiracy theory that sweeps in the Sanford PD, Chief Lee, Wolfinger, Corey, and by the time they are over, governor Scott.
IIRC one of the Revs lost a suit and they have never paid the court ordered amount.
