72 here, 8 beers a day, little fast food and lots of frozen fish.
Weight no problem.
I do understand that fast food is not good for you so I try and watch it. Throw away half the bun garbage.
Your point is made, we all have to adjust to our specific bodies. Now give me a beer, liquid food.
Forgot to mention, I do walk 2 miles a day even with my walker. Gotta keep the blood flowing.
