They are a national account that buys stations on their demos...Usually represented by a National Rep like Katz Radio. My guess is that the numbnuts at Arbys (Roark Capital Group owns 81.5% of the company, with Wendy’s Company owning the other 18.5%.) told it’s agency to buy around Rush’s program...Bad move..
Their big mistake was even publicizing this whole dumb decision, S. Buying time *around Rush* wouldn’t be any big deal - I’m sure others do it, too - but using a “social website” crutch to publicize it, was definitely a bad PR move. No sympathy from me on that blunder.
