Mario Apuzzo, Esq., Today, April 5, 2012, I filed with the New Jersey Secretary of State in Trenton, New Jersey, the Objection Of Nicholas E. Purpura and Theodore T. Moran To Petition Of Nomination Of Barack Obama, also Known As Barack Hussein Obama II, Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, and Barack Hussein Obama Soebarkah. That office reviewed the Objection and decided that it did merit a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge.
The Objection to Obama’s nominating petition is that he has not provided competent and sufficient evidence to the New Jersey Secretary of State showing his identity and that he was born in the United States, and that even if he were born in the United States, he is not and cannot be an Article II “natural born Citizen” because he was not born to two U.S. citizen parents. The Objection therefore demands that the Secretary of State not permit Obama’s name to be printed on the primary and general election ballot.
There will be a plenary hearing on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. before an Administrative Law Judge at the Office of Administrative Law, 9 Quakerbridge Plaza, Trenton, New Jersey 08625.

Yeah, good luck wit’ dat.
I’ve never been able to find it again, but when Obummer was running for office, there was a statement that dna was taken from a glass of Obummer’s supposed grandparents, and matched against Obummer’s dna from a glass, by legal authorities (can’t remember FBI or CIA) and there was no dna connection. So unless Stanley Ann was an adopted child, there was no way Obummer was related to his supposed grandparents.

Excellent idea, MissMagnolia. Just wondering though, how do you think Rush is going to handle this when it all unravels. Clearly, this is not going away, yet Rush has only danced around the edges of this issue. Certainly no longer the “cutting edge of societal evolution” as he claims. April 2nd, 2012 - Barry makes his ridiculous statements regaurding the pending SCOTUS decision on Barry care...taking up most of the national news (in conjunction with the continued focus on the local Trayvon case).
I’m a south Jersey conservative. Not many in NJ at all. Christie may put on a front but NJ is the most corrupt state in the USA. Chicago gets the bigger publicity but NJ has fraud in the open and no one will mention it. All ALJ’s are Dems and flunkys. Most of the higher judges in NJ have been promoted to judge to get rid of them in other positions of authority. They just shuffle around collecting money. NJ will not even touch this. I pray they would but NJ is just too political. They will be on the side of “free Obama money”.

I was thinking this myself. Sort of like a test run to see how much trouble can be stirred up in the streets if it was needed later this year.
I think you just hit the nail on the head.
Everthing has pointed to Zimmerman being a good citizen and that he was protecting himself.
With all the racist groups, organizations, media, and the go from the racist in the whitehut, an incident like this could bring about full blown riots.
