Hey, those bright colors really make your point. By the way, what is your point? The folks I know don’t fit any of those “categories”. But, Catholics need those categories, don’t they.
And, yes, the blacks who vote race (nearly all of them) are wrongheaded for the wrong reasons. They voted for him because he was black. But, Catholics voted for him because they are primarily liberal leaning progressives who love those labor policies, union policies, JFK policies. But, go to Boston and ask, “What do the Catholics want here in the high population cities of the East?” and you will find it is very much in line with Pelosi, Biden, Kennedys, et al. How do you think the liberal dem dynasties get going?
The believers who cling to Christ, alone, (without any organizational props) see that liberalism is a political/social sinful disease similar to communism. If by “evangelicals” you mean the sheeple who trot around after the Joel Osteens, Rick Warrens, et al, these are not folks I would understand as biblically informed. I would put them in the same category as the sappy Catholics who fell for this guy to begin with. Go talk to your group about changing their votes and getting this guy out, not those who never voted for him to begin with.
I copied the colors from another FReeper (non-Catholic: sorry Alex), and the colors signify red for the Republicans, blue for the Democrats, a palette I find confusing, but hey, it's what the statistic crunchers are using lately.
Thus, none of this is a particularly Catholic thing, any more than rising acceance pf Obama is an Evangelical thing. Quite the contgrary. Nor have I ever put you in any category, Dutchboy88.
So let's abstain from all that, and just work together to stop Obama, 'K?
