The reason he is declaring Martial Law is to strike down the 2nd amendment and have the authorities collect all guns from the public.

I sincerely doubt that. First of all, it would simply be an impossible task in this country. Secondly, it would create an instant army of millions, who are otherwise law abiding citizens, against any agency stupid enough to follow that order. Never happen.

All he has to do is bypass Congress and the Senate, write in a new law declaring gun ownership to be a felony, pass Obama Care, and what other agendas he has on his plate dealing with national security and the economy. Chicago politics.
