My first thought when reading is that he is definitely both. But then; so are his constituency for whom he crafts a venomous; threatening picture with embedded invitation for them to act on it.

We know that Obama sets himself as victim of every failure he invites. This is just another aspect of same MO. As well, he creates a 'me/they' - the enemy MO; i.e. 'those' who dare to disagree with his vision for an Obama-centered, mega-socialist America.

Agree with him; or you are a walking 'hate crime'. (So Alynsky. . .)

Meantime; we can appreciate that a Federal Appeals Court is not taking this lightly and has challenged Obama to a legal response for his arrogant and misguided assumptions of the Constitutional role of our Supreme Court.

Whatever his response; we know for certain, that Obama will continue to do what he does best per practice of his 'high art' - dividing and conquering - by drawing demarcation lines of hate through America's culturescape.
