So let me guess! All of the guns that were used in Chicago killings were legally owned by the gangbanging murders. Therefore it follows that once they are made illegal they will turn them in because they are afraid for being arrested because of being in violation of the law? Slaps forehead!!! Unlike killing people, which is not against the law already? Sounds like Diane Feinstein logic to me!!!
