I’m pretty sure any kevlar vest at all will stop taser darts.
Modern taser darts don't necessarily need to penetrate to the skin in order to deliver an incapacitating shock.
There's actually a company which sells taser-protective vests, but only to law enforcement. The vest works by "providing a highly conductive specialized layer of fabric ensuring the electrical current conducts through the fabric versus your body".
I'm wondering if chainmail would make a comeback, protecting against both edged weapons and (being conductive metal) against taser.
