I’m not sure it’s time to celebrate the several of Obamacare just yet. Justices on the Supreme Court are well known to ask pointed questions about the case before them, even if they eventually decide in favor of the very same matter. There are many instances of that happening throughout our history, and even on the current court.

Part of the Justice’s questioning is about clarifying their own thoughts on the issues in question and placing markers about their position as a starting point for their conference among themselves to decide the merits of the case.

According to Rush... "someone" in the "room" told him that this court does no conferencing. Rush is also close with one of the SCOTUS justices... could be him. This person said that they do not discuss things amongst themselves. This person said that it would be a waste of time trying to change the liberal mindset of the progressive members. They do it all in writing. Rush talked about this yesterday... I think.
