It should be 9-0, but for the left politics trumps everything (including the Constitution and American values).

Only because the government has INTERFERRED with the market. This is a problem of the Court's making and must be corrected by the Court. The longer the wound remains open, the patient will continue to hemorrhage.

There are no foreseeable limitations on a government which enacts those provisions which are deemed necessary, without considerations for propriety. I think Kennedy gets it. But we'll have to waite and see.
