The correct definition might be the CR1, or the First Counter-Revolution. For what is occurring is a covert revolution by leftist Alynskyites, pretending to use the constitutional framework, while legislating (including by leftist judges) revolution in the Marxist sense.
So we are actually counter-revolutionaries, working to defend and uphold the existing Constitution. No more, no less. And that is why the oath will become central to the war, whatever it is called.
And in any event, no matter how it started, as defined by our side or theirs, the result will be a bloody Civil War, sort of Bosnia times Rwanda. Yes, it will be a Civil War. Historians can quibble about definitions.
