Y'know, I don't even care about this. The issue is self defense not payback for antisocial behavior, or whether Zimmerman was justified in focussing in on a stranger walking in his neighborhood ... Whether Martin jumped Zimmerman, or not, doesn't depend on his prior record whatever it may be. Trying to justify the shooting by outing Martin's past record is a bad tactic because it takes away from the basic issues.

Martin could have had a clean record, but there is always a first time for going over the line. Or not. Obviously there is more to come out.

Media shaping public opinion with 2-3 year old pictures is the issue.

Murders happen every day. This one is being used politically by Obama and his minions.

The issue *would* be self-defense and not "payback for antisocial behavior" if the Democrats and their left-wing sycophants in the media would have reported it as such. But no, They wanted a martyr and they are trying like hell to make sure they get one. As such, we need to counter every angelic statement about Martin with a true one about his character and demeanor.

What bothers me most about this incident: why didn’t Mr.Martin just chat with Mr.Zimmerman.

Trayvon Marting could have told Zimmerman who he was staying with at that apartment complex. Zimmerman probably knew the woman, or would at least recognize her name.

I live in a private homeowner’s association development. We all keep an eye out for strangers. Frequently I have to advise folks walking in our neighborhood that their dogs must be on leashes. So the jerks started power walking at 5:30am, and their dog is running loose to poo on our lawns. I’m not the only one who is irked by this behavior.

Making it a gated community is looking more and more attractive.

You are making the mistake of thinking this is about Martin and justice. This is about stirring up and turning out the base. The people doing this don’t care a whit about Martin. He is just a tool in their battle to keep their power.

Martin was chosen because they had a picture of a friendly innocent looking young black man and a scary “white hispanic.” Thus the only way to battle them is to reveal any ugly truths about the lefts latest celeb victim.

The legal system will take care of Zimmerman and determine whether or not a crime appears to have been committed and whether or not a case can be proven against him if a crime is suspected. But that is beside the point in the large political theatre going on here.
