I can't speak for anyone else, but I only want to ensure Zimmerman is arrested and charged with a crime only upon probable cause that an actual crime was committed, rather than upon suppositions, innuendo, theoretical events and pitchfork mob rule.
To me personally, nothing is more sacred than life. Any time a life is ended, I am saddened. However, no matter how sad or horrific something is, we are a nation of laws, and it is upon laws that we should rely when discussing depriving someone of their liberty.
If we give in to this pitchfork mob mentality, or "living room prosecutor" syndrome, our nation is ended.
Just my opinion.
Try this one ~ Zimmerman couldn't have done more to disrupt the Republican National Presidential Nominating Convention than if he'd tossed a bomb.
He's supposed to be a registered Democrat and a hard-core Obama supporter.
Treyvon may have been the wrong guy in the wrong place ~ but that doesn't mean something wasn't going to happen at that housing development that evening.
